Booking
a. Reservation Confirmation: Your reservation at Shantitheeram is confirmed upon receipt of a deposit, a partial or full payment, depending on the booking conditions and the rate selected.
b. Guest Information: It is your responsibility to provide accurate guest information, including the number of guests, special requests, and contact details.
c. Check-In Requirements: Guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in.
Cancellation
Shantitheeram adheres to the following Cancellation Policy :
- Cancellation more than 48 hours before scheduled Check-In time : Free Cancellation
- Cancellation within 48 to 12 hours before scheduled Check-In time : Deduction of charges for the first night of stay.
- Cancellation on the date of scheduled Check-in time : Will be treated as No Show, and no refunds will be issued.
Refunds
- Refund Eligibility: Refunds are subject to the cancellation policy in effect at the time of booking.
- Refund Processing Time: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 2 business days after the cancellation is approved.
- No-Show Policy: In case of a no-show (failure to check in without prior cancellation), no refunds shall be issued by Shantitheeram which offers best ayurveda treatment Kerala.
Modifications
- Changes to Reservations: Changes to your reservation, including dates or room types, are subject to availability and may result in rate changes.
- Early Departure: If you decide to check out before your reserved departure date, you may be charged an early departure fee.
Force Majeure
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or other events beyond our control, the hotel reserves the right to modify, cancel, or relocate reservations.
