Yes, Kochi International Airport, approximately 70 km from Shantitheeram, is the closest airport. For guests booking wellness programs of 7 nights or more, we offer complimentary transfers to and from both Kochi City and Kochi International Airport. Additionally, we provide free arrival pick-up and departure drop-off for other locations within a 50 km radius to such guests.

Can I have longer or more therapy sessions?

Contrary to popular belief, in Ayurveda, more is not better. The science of Ayurveda is rooted in balance — our doctors prescribe the right therapies for the right duration based on individual needs. Excessive or prolonged treatments can, in fact, aggravate certain conditions. Typically, 90 minutes is the optimal maximum duration for most therapies. In specific health conditions, therapies may be split into two shorter sessions for better outcomes. All such decisions are taken solely in the best interest of your recovery.

Will I receive synchronized (four-hand) massage treatments?

Most Ayurveda programs — such as rejuvenation, detox, and Panchakarma — do not require synchronized (four-hand) massages. These specialized therapies are reserved for specific conditions like neurological or paralytic disorders and are administered only when recommended by the doctor after thorough assessment.

Will my therapist be male or female?

We maintain the highest standards of privacy and comfort. All therapies are administered strictly by therapists of the same gender as the guest — without exception.
